Lifestyle photographer specializing in maternity, child, family, and portrait photography. I grew up in Raleigh, NC and have had a love of photography since an early age, but back in 2012 I started taking things more seriously. At that time I began focusing exclusively on fine art images of landscapes and architecture of historical significance, shooting and printing exclusively in black-and-white and sepia (check out my Facebook page if you're interested in that kind of stuff). Then in 2016, my son came along and the free time I had to display my work at art shows and festivals was quickly replaced with diaper changes and toddler-chasing. My interests also changed; having a child of my own altered my perspective on shooting individuals, families, and children. I LOVE working with people to capture their personality, interests, and individual style in any of the photos I take. I look forward to working with you!

Heather came to our hotel in Myrtle Beach for a family reunion photo shoot. She juggled many personalities with ease and professionalism. Ages ranged from 8 to 75, she was fantastic. Knew how to position us against the son, knew how to set us up on the beach so she could "edit people/things" out, she was really great. Photo quality was top notch, my personal family ordered 5 canvas', with the beauty of the photos I couldnt afford not to invest in these pictures of me and my kids. Thank you Heather, so very glad you were able to work with us!
