Our home is 15 years old and we discovered a stain on 2nd story ceiling. I have had at 3 other roofing companies fail miserably to locate where the leak was generating from. Called Coastal decks & roofs on a tip I got from a fellow member at our country club. I called Monday morning and spoke with Jeff davis the owner. He was at my house an hour later and inspected the roof. He told me where he thought the leak was coming from so the next day Jeff and his crew showed up. After a long day at getting problem corrected all I had to do was wait on the rain to see if it was corrected. It stormed later that evening and it poured for about 45 mins then a steady rain til the next morning. Well Jeff was a man of his word and found the cause and professionally repaired my home up to spec and not a leak since. Thank you to Jeff and his talented staff.
