- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee for creating and performing your ceremony includes travel to and from your ceremony venue, unlimited consultations (either by e-mail, telephone or in-person),a printed keepsake copy of your ceremony, filing of your marriage license with the appropriate court afterward, and friendly and personal service at all times. Additionally, I do not charge extra to include any rituals in your ceremony, such as a Blending of the Sands. However, I do require that you provide whatever props might be necessary to effectuate any such rituals. For example, in the Blending of the Sands, you would need two individual containers, one larger container in which to blend your sands, and of course, the sand itself.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my couples, their likes and dislikes, so that I can create a wedding ceremony that is totally them. With that in mind, I initially chat with my couples -- either by phone, email, or in person -- to discuss their vision for their special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained non-denominational minister from ULC, as well as a Notary Public for the State of South Carolina - both of which give me the legal authority to solemnize marriages. I have had the pleasure of making couples happy since 2011.
