I had a great experience with this company. Technician was professional and competent. No pressure to buy a new unit, but a focus on repair and pride in doing so. I believe the technician was fair and worked hard to get my AC flowing again. I would hire this company again w/o hesitation.

Phil was very responsive to my needs. He understood my problem and came up with an economical solution that did just what I needed. Too often, there is a cookie-cutter solution to a generic problem that may or may not be the best approach. Phil quoted me a price that was in line with what I actually needed, not what fell into a generic "thermostat" bin. He got there when I needed him and delivered on his promise. I would definitely call him first if I need assistance in the future!
