FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give all pricing in written form and upfront. There are no hidden fees. Change orders or add-ons are first discussed with the customer and then they are given a written quote. If you sign up for a service Agreement, all prices are discounted by 10%, and you pay no holiday or after-hours charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we will schedule an appointment to visit with the customer to understand their needs, and then make recommendations based on our experience and their desired outcome. we will develop a written scope of work for them to review, and everything is documented using our immersive software and stored on the customer portal.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used my GI Bill after serving in the USMC to attend technical college for HVAC. I completed an apprenticeship program and became a licensed Journeyman technician. Over the 26 years that I have been doing this, I have been to so many schools for HVAC, business, energy conservation, building performance, etc. that the list is too extensive to keep up with. I make it a point to continue education for my team and myself every year to keep abreast with the latest technology in the industry.
