Great Work, Good Communication, Amazing Service! Joe and his team did an excellent job installing our new AC system. What was even greater was they managed to keep our old system running until our renters check out. They saved us money and headaches. Thanks so much Joe & Service Works Staff!

We are new to Conway from Pawleys Island and had Serviceworks out today to service an AC on a home we bought. Jake showed up at 8am ready to go. Polite, kind, really really thorough and explained everything in detail. He took the time to include us and show us potential problems and fixed it before it became a nightmare. I HIGHLY recommend Serviceworks and I DEFINITELY recommend Jake and hope hes our service man every year.

Joe (Owner), Jason "Jay" (Ops Director), Chance (HVAC Install Tech), Dalton (HVAC Install Tech), and Jordan (Service Tech) did a fantastic job. From initial troubleshooting of my old HVAC to final install and commissioning of the new system, the process was pleasant and well coordinated.More importantly, a mistake was made during the install but the integrity the entire team showed in owning it, and the follow-up, were truly second-to-none. It's not often these days you find a company that owns their shortcomings and rebounds with 100% accountability and exceeds even your initial expectations. These are the businesses you support to ensure they stay around. This review is coming from a former Engineering and Facility Manager of a distributed multi-use operation totaling 1.3 million sq ft including a hospital, medical office buildings, warehouses, restaurants, and general commercial occupancy properties. Don't let the fact that I said a mistake was made with the install dissuade you from engaging ServiceWorks. Because if you find a company that doesn't make mistakes or sells you on that so-called fact then it's highly likely you'll be paying for that sooner or later without support.I don't often review or recommend contractors in general because I value my personal brand and would rather choose to stay neutral. However, after my experience with Joe and his team I would recommend their services without hesitation. They truly bend over backwards to make sure you're satisfied while standing by their work and product.

Matt, wow—thank you for such an incredible and thoughtful review! Coming from someone with a 1.3 million sq ft facility management background, your feedback means the world to our team (and gives us some serious bragging rights at the shop).
We always aim for perfection, but when things don't go 100% to plan, we make sure to own it and fix it fast. We’re just glad we didn't end up on your "hit" list!
Me, Jay, Chance, Dalton, Jordan, and the rest of the crew truly appreciate your trust and recommendation. If you ever need anything else—HVAC or otherwise—you know where to find us. Thanks again for being such a fantastic customer!
FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give all pricing in written form and upfront. There are no hidden fees. Change orders or add-ons are first discussed with the customer and then they are given a written quote. If you sign up for a service Agreement, all prices are discounted by 10%, and you pay no holiday or after-hours charges.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we will schedule an appointment to visit with the customer to understand their needs, and then make recommendations based on our experience and their desired outcome. we will develop a written scope of work for them to review, and everything is documented using our immersive software and stored on the customer portal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used my GI Bill after serving in the USMC to attend technical college for HVAC. I completed an apprenticeship program and became a licensed Journeyman technician. Over the 26 years that I have been doing this, I have been to so many schools for HVAC, business, energy conservation, building performance, etc. that the list is too extensive to keep up with. I make it a point to continue education for my team and myself every year to keep abreast with the latest technology in the industry.
