Dan was polite and respectful from beginning to finishing the work I hired him to do. He arrived on time and was respectful and professional to my parents who visited my property. All work was done properly and in a quality manner. Overall, fantastic handyman for demolition of old outdoor building and assembly of a new one. Answered questions promptly. Reasonable & great pricing. Overall, superb experience and recommend him to anyone from his work and demeanor I saw. Update: He came back another week and did more fantastic improvements to my house and property at a decent price (fixed porch concrete crack on my front porch, successfully completed yard tasks on cutting down bushes, repairing gable vents near my roof, properly repairing one of bedroom folding closet doors, installed anchor kit on my new building he assembled the week prior, and other tasks). He seems to have a wide range of skills and is respectful, polite and reasonable which you cannot find often today. Overall excellent second visit and highly recommended.
