Anita did a wonderful job from beginning to end. She is extremely knowledgeable and I was very impressed with her responsiveness. She really listens and provided excellent recommendations. • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  My pricing is all based upon your requirements and wishes for your travel.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I prefer to discuss on the phone all of your requirements for your travel. We will discuss must haves and options. We will talk about expectations and availabilities. Once we've chatted, I will get to work to find you the best vacation travel package. I have access to dozens of travel suppliers through which I can research and find the best one to meet your specific wishes. You will have everything planned out for you from preparation, airfare, transfers, lodging, activities and tours. Everything will be ready for you to just pay, pack and go.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I am affiliated with Archer Travel Group and receive ongoing training through them and through all of the travel suppliers.
