Hello my name is Chris Gugumuck. I have been in the I.T. field for 20 years. My I.T. career started at a internal IBM help desk. My career continued at other companies like Global Foundries, Unisys and eBryIT. However not all were help desk roles. I am CompTIA A+ and Network+ certified.
