- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For lawn maintenance that is ongoing, we charge a flat monthly fee and include all of the services under the same fee that the customer is interested in. All other services are either bid on or priced hourly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let the customer describe their thoughts and expectations of the project at hand, then formulate a plan to match.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
27 years of experience, ongoing training through seminars and related presentations on everything that is landscaping industry related. Constantly reading new publications/books on everything landscaping related.
