Residential troubleshooting and electrical - Our house has had a myriad of electrical problems since we bought it, but mostly small inconveniences. However, when half the power in the house went out, we needed to bite the bullet and hire an electrician. We decided on Mr. Houston, and what a great choice that was. He was punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose every issue that we had been facing. Along the way he educated us on what the issues were and how he was going to fix them and continually assured us he would not leave until they had been resolved. True to his word, he restored power to part of the house that was lacking and went on to fix other various wiring and power issues that the previous owner had left. He cleaned before he left, was friendly and considerate throughout, and really does have a lot of experience in the field. If you're looking on Thumbtack to hire an electrician in the CSRA, look no further.

It’s difficult to pick three of the five highlights when Mr. Houston really embodies all of them. I wanted an additional circuit added to my breaker box and a line run from it to a nearby network closet that I installed in my home. From the start, he was quick to respond to my communication, and he offered exceptional service at a very fair price. I really appreciated his expertise and professional work in a task I would much rather leave in the hands of an expert like him! I will definitely be calling Mr. Houston in the future for any other electrical service I need!
