Ben and Erin are incredible photographers. They are so much fun to be around and take creative, unique and meaningful photos. As wedding photographers, they truly capture moments of your life that you will look back on over and over. I’m so grateful to have had them at my wedding (10 years ago!) and now my family photos. Chrisman Studios is the best of the best of the best!!! They photographed our engagement session, rehearsal dinner and wedding and the photos we are breathtaking. I am immediately back in the moment every time I look at them. Best money we spent on our wedding, and even casual acquaintances remember how stunning they are. Chrisman studios is great at the traditional shots your mom is going to want on her mantle, but they are truly gifted at capturing the beauty of the day, the emotion of the moment, and seriously fun party. You will thank yourself later for hiring them!!

Working with Ben was a wonderful experience. He quickly made me feel at ease in front of the camera, and the photos reflect that. I needed professional headshots done quickly, and Ben's turnaround time in getting the images to me was impressive. I love how my photos turned out. Within one week, we had scheduled an appt., had the photo shoot, delivery of proofs and final headshot in hand. An amazing team who made the process so seamless. And the end product was amazing!!

We hired Ben and his team for our wedding at a Charlottesville cider mill. Couldn't have asked for more. They used every angle and light source they could finagle to craft unique and memorable images. But more than that, they captured the narrative of our day, like true photojournalists, so that when we look back at the pictures, it's not just the striking images or portraits of our friends and family, but the true story of our day. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Business headshots and branding sessions start at $150 in our studio. If all you need is one photo for LinkedIn or your website, the total will be $349. If you want more personalized business branding, we offer packages based on what you’re looking for.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call to learn about you, your business, and what is important to you. Then we use that information to create the best photographs you've ever had of yourself.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With degrees in photojournalism, we have been professional photographers for over 20 years. We're old enough to be the most experienced photographers in town, but young enough to completely love what we do.
