What an awesome job!! The food was a huge hit at our family reunion. Everything was extremely well prepared and tasty, providing a perfect representation of good southern cuisine. They jumped in on short notice and turned what could have been a nightmare into a huge success!!

Although we've only had a food tasting for our wedding, I have to say, they were very professional! The food was great! Seasoned to perfection! The wait staff was great, and they were in training. This young lady has a very bright future ahead of her! She's going to be someone's celebrity or private chef one day soon! I know her family is proud of her!

Details: Wedding • Dinner • Cocktail hour or hors d'oeuvres • Alcoholic drinks • Non-alcoholic drinks • American - formal • Italian • Barbecue • Asian • American - Southern • Plated meal • Yes, full service • Community center • Yes, partial kitchen (fridge and sink only) • 90 - 99 guests • Disposable plates, utensils, and cups • Plates, utensils and glasses • I'm flexible

Great service and follow-up.
One big suggestion: When serving the appetizers, I suggest offering a napkin or small plate with the chosen appetizer. The sliders and deviled eggs can be a bit challenging without one.

Details: Birthday or anniversary party • Dinner • Barbecue • Mexican or Latin American • American - casual • I'm flexible • Yes, full service • Home • Yes, full kitchen • 30 - 39 guests • Plates, utensils and glasses • Disposable plates, utensils, and cups • Paper napkins • I'm flexible

I worked with Miyah from Melanin Bistro with not much time to plan my event and she was very responsive and very helpful with the questions I had. Our decor was beautiful and our food was undeniable ! We appreciate the dedication Miyah puts into her work.
