I had a great experience with this carpetcleaning service! I booked last minute for three rooms, and he was able to fit me in quickly and even showed up earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. The job didn’t take long at all, but the results were amazing. My carpets look and feel so much cleaner. He was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. MWM Services did an OUTSTANDING job of cleaning my carpets, and the price was great! Will, the guy who cleaned my carpets, arrived a few minutes early and worked quickly and efficiently. When he left, the carpets were as clean as they've been in years. A spot showed up the next day, which was from coffee that was spilled years ago and had settled into the padding. I contacted MWM and Will came back a few days later (right on time again!) and quickly removed the spot. I am extremely happy with the job they did and the cost of the service. I have already recommended MWM to my neighbors and friends!

We charge per room or area. There is no limitation on residential square footage.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will do a walk thru with the customer and inspect the areas requiring service. Meanwhile addressing any concerns or problem areas they may have questions about.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC (Institute of inspection and restoration certification) certified company.
