Trish was a lifesaver when it came to helping us manage and improve our dog‘s anxiety, leash training, and overall behavior. She always went above and beyond - while working with our crazy schedule. Because of Trish, our dog was able to be in our wedding!

She was great. Came with a lot of good information about my new puppy, a breed that I had never owned before. She was patient with the dog, very loving. She had her obeying commands right away. Very, very professional. She was also available any time outside of the appointment if I had a question. My dog loves to see her coming!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Select from single, or groups of 3 or 6 sessions, Affordable payment plan. We offer a discount on group sessions of three or more.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak with our clients and address their concerns about behaviors their pup has and what our clients need their pup to do or not do. We explain our positive methods and offer options for single sessions or a group of sessions to fit their needs. We ask for a brief questionnaire to be completed which we use to prepare a lesson plan for training. We work around our clients' schedules so it is convenient for all involved.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Positive Trainer through Pat Miller, Peaceable Paws, PMCT. Professional member of APDT and PPG, dedicated to force free training. Continuing education courses. Several years of rehabbing shelter dogs to increase their adoption chances and several years as a multi pet household.
