I found Loftis Lighting & Electrical late on Thursday night and sent a request for items on an inspection report. I'm selling my townhome due to my spouse passing last June. Paul responded right away and set a next day appointment. Paul showed up on time,looked over the items,& found the areas, quoted me on the spot and best of all, was ready to do the job same day! Amazing! He had all the materials with him as well. He photographed every repair for me as he made the repair, so I had proof of the completion. He got the job completed & with such professionalism. He cleaned up areas he worked in and finished in record time. He promised to send me pictures and an Invoice so I could complete my obligations. I highly recommend Loftis Lighting and Electrical. You won't be disappointed. I would post more photos, but Paul has all the great ones from the attic and the exterior work.

Paul and his team were knowledgeable and professional. Theyve been to my house 3 times now for small jobs and Paul (the owner) was always responsive. They have replaced/repaired several receptacles and fixed an electrical meter box that was falling off the side of my house. They even called Duke power and scheduled them to turn off the power for me. Every invoice Ive received from Paul has been fair. Ill be using them again.

Unbelievable!! Called, they came out first thing in the morning, told them what was going on, they fixed it, this was all in less than 30 mins.!!! These guys are awesome! Will most definitely give them a call whenever I have another electrical issue, Thanks a million!!!
