FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically do not charge an hourly rate. My consultation fees are based on the scope of work my clients would like me to assist them with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As a graduate from Winthrop University, I received my Bachelors Degree in Interior Design. I am also an Allied ASID- American Society of Interior Designers member. To keep these credentials current, I am required to attend CEU classes yearly, which enables me to stay on top of the new products and techniques in the Interior Design industry. Additionally, I have over 20 years experience in this particular field and was a Century 21 Real Estate Agent in SC/NC for 5.5 years with my focus on luxury primary residences, vacation and investment properties along the Grand Strand. I bring the real estate experience and background to every project, which I believe is a unique benefit for my clients.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Recently residential makeovers have been keeping me busy since last fall. I am currently assisting several couples building custom homes and advising on their finishes and construction selections to coordinate with their furniture, accessories and window treatments. I just completed a 5 bedroom 5 bath remodel, including updates in the kitchen and bathrooms on a second home in Ocean Isle Beach, NC.
