- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is by the job offering turn key services with labor and material included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We meet with the customer for our initial consultation. After understanding of the customer needs and the scope of work to be done we give an estimate. Upon acceptance of the quote and contracting we work with together to ensure the customer has picked the perfect color for their project. We stay in contact with the customer throughout the project to keep them updated with the progress. Upon completion of the work, we do a final walk through with the customer to ensure the project has been complete to our and the customers standards.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Throughout my career in painting I have worked as an apprentice moving up to Painter. I ran crews for other companies before venturing out on my own. I worked with the Sherwin-Williams Paint Company for many years receiving training and certifications with paint knowledge beyond that of typical painter.
