Amazing service from Rick. With all the recent rain my yard had grown quite tall with a lot of weeds that made my yard quite unpleasant to look at. The service that was done has done a complete 180 on my yard. Rick did a phenomenal job with keeping clippings away from the driveway and street. Can't recommend enough and will continue to have my lawn serviced by him. He was excellent in responding to any questions I had and more than helpful for future recommendations on how to reduce some of the maintenance that was performed on this service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
my pricing is in line with other Thumbtack Pros in the area. I would also give a discount to all veterans that have been in the service. that would be around 10% discount. and also I will give a discount to senior citizens as well.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would make sure that I understand what the customer needs are, and then I would fulfill their needs to the best of my ability.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
well, I'm used to working in tobacco fields before I went in the service. and also we had Gardens and Fields to plow. also we had to chop our own wood for heat. I am a high school grad with some colleges courses while I was in the Marines.
