- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clean Freak services are professional and I am not willing to skimp on what it takes to make your home outshine your neighbors. My pricing is competitive and I will do all I can to match or beat my competitors' pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I receive leads from Thumbtack and word of mouth. I like to speak with any potential customer to gain a clear understanding of the work desired before I quote any prices. I also want to know what each customer needs in order to be completely satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Clean Freak (Ron Cox) has provided exterior cleaning services for more than 30 years. I have experience with water damage, disaster cleaning and restoration services but have decided to focus primarily on providing exceptional exterior cleaning services. I am particularly gifted at making your windows sparkling clean. No job is too small and I am willing to win your business and loyalty.
