- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is what I’d consider fair. I’m not trying to get rich off of people just like myself. My wife and I know that money isn’t easy to come by and in return my goal is to give value to every penny you’re charged. I do want to remind customers that material are rising every day and unfortunately it shows in estimates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After first contact I always try to get to customers home and look at the property and listen to home owner and what is needed or wanted. I usually measure and write down the basic requirements to the problem then provide option to homeowner if available. Usually after the visit I try and have a quote back to customer within 24 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a high school graduate and the only trading I’ve had was from my dad. I’ve also learned a ton from other veterans in the construction industry. Over the years I’ve learned that real knowledge comes from keeping my mouth closed and listening intently. Oh and let’s not forget YouTube!!!
