- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I read a lot; go to as many seminars as available; there is just so much to learn.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
When I realized that I am diverse enough to handle it and my mind is always open to learn more. In other words, if there is something that I do not know, give me five minutes and I will have an answer.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Word processing; office organization; billing, data entry; transcription; etc.
