- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are set line by line, depending on the type of work and potential issues I recommend you leave a little room in your budget in that possible scenario especially if you're dealing with water damage or unlevel surfaces.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will walk you through my recommendations as I see them and why (transparency is key). I will then work up an on the spot estimate to give you an idea of what the job will cost depending on the scope of the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 5 years of floor installation experience and 3 of those years working for myself as an independent contractor.
