It has been a complete pleasure to work with Curtis Harwell. First thing he asks of you is to be completely honest with him about what your current fitness level is and where you would like to be. If you have little to no fitness experience, he starts you off slow. For example he gives you a couple of exercises per body part. As you progress you get more exercises per body part as well as more sets. I like this because if he had started me off where I am now, it would have been too overwhelming for me and I probably wouldn't have gotten very far. As far as nutrition goes, he explains why you should eat certain foods and how much as well as what foods you should try to stay away from. Even though Curtis doesn't give you a meal plan (which of course I've never been one to follow a strict meal plan), he gives you example after example of what he eats on a daily basis. He also has recipes on his website for you to use. Diet is very important to Curtis. He explains how proper diet is what gets the fat off. Main thing Curtis asks you to do is be honest with yourself and him. Try your best. If you don't understand something, ask him. He will show pictures or videos of exercises if you really don't understand what to do. Curtis is one who will support you all the way. Always positive. He is very passionate about his clients and want them to succeed. Do what Curtis says and you WILL succeed. I know I did and am continuing to succeed.
