- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is straightforward and transparent. Rates are based on the number of pets, length of stay, and level of care required. We charge per day (not per night) so there’s no confusion around pickup or drop-off times. Holiday stays may include a small holiday fee due to higher demand. Any additional services (medication administration, special accommodations, extended care, etc.) are discussed and approved upfront — no surprise charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a brief conversation to understand your pet’s needs, routine, and temperament. From there, we confirm availability, review expectations, and collect required info (vaccinations, feeding instructions, emergency contact, etc.). Drop-off and pickup times are scheduled in advance so everything runs smoothly. Communication is consistent throughout your pet’s stay, and updates can be provided upon request.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive hands-on experience caring for a wide variety of animals, including dogs, cats, puppies, seniors, and pets requiring medications. I’ve worked with animals in both personal and professional settings for years and am very detail-oriented when it comes to safety, routines, and health. My background also includes experience with exotic animals, which has made me especially attentive to individualized care.
