Our pricing is transparent and based on the type of service, distance, vehicle condition, and job complexity. We provide upfront quotes whenever possible so there are no surprises. Junk car and scrap metal pickup is often free depending on the vehicle or materials. Junk removal and vehicle hauling are paid services, and pricing may vary based on load size, accessibility, and mileage. We do our best to work within a customer’s budget while still delivering safe, professional service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by gathering basic details about the job, such as the vehicle type, location, destination, and condition. Once we understand the scope, we provide a clear quote and timeline. After approval, we schedule pickup or service promptly and keep communication open throughout the process. Our goal is to make the experience simple, efficient, and stress-free from first contact to job completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner has over four years of hands-on towing and hauling experience. We’ve developed practical knowledge through real-world towing, vehicle transport, roadside assistance, and junk removal jobs. We also prioritize proper loading, securement, and transport methods—especially for lowered vehicles and specialty cars—to ensure customer property is handled safely.
