Jason and Brandy Roberts tore out, de-moled, installed and repaired our irrigation system, and re-sodded with zenith zoysia, our double 1/4 acre lot in 6 days. Their work was outstanding. I trust them 100%. Their communication was clear. Their attitude was positive, their approach solutions-oriented. Moreover, at the end of the installation, Brandy offered free lawn care services to others who make a donation to our 501 C3 pending charity. Term supply. Call Mary 571-213-9470. Hire these guys!!!

They postponed our appointment every... Single...day.... For an entire week. Then called and said they feel so bad that they are going to do it free of charge. I explained that there was an event planned and we HAD to have the yard done by a certain date. They assured me it would get done by that date. ("Even if we have to come over there with a push mower, we'll get it done in time") Here are their list of excuses. They used a different one each day #1 Rain put them behind schedule #2 They miscalculated the prior job and it was taking longer than planned. #3 their mower broke, but buying new one in morning and then headed straight to our address. #4 The radiator in truck blew so they had no transportation to get to our address #5 The mower they were going to purchase was used (he explained their budget can't go over $900) it was sold before they arrived so they had no mower. #6 They borrowed a truck to use but the guy needed his truck back THE WORST PART OF THE WHOLE SITUATION WAS, THEY CALLED EVERY SINGLE DAY AND KEPT PUSHING US BACK ONE DAY AND PROMISING US TO HAVE IT DONE BY A CERTAIN DATE. IF THEY HAD JUST SAID FROM THE BEGINNING THEY COULDN'T DO IT WE COULD HAVE HIRED SOMEONE ELSE. AT THE END OF ALL THIS THE OWNER SENT ME NASTY TEXT MESSAGES AND WAS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! I still have the texts as proof. They were yelling and telling me it's not THEIR fault that their equipment broke and that they TRIED their hardest and that no OTHER company would do what they did. Lol This company needs to be removed from the Thumbtack App.

I would like to address the issues here. 1) We very much like to be in contact and keep our customers up to date on how things are going regarding their job. 2) We did call you every day and reschedule you for the next day, because we anticipated the job (that we did receive a 5 star review on-See Mary's review) wouldn't last as long as it did. We tried to have open and honest communication with you throughout the previous job. As to respond to your hashtag numbers.. #1 Rain did put us behind schedule because we had to wait for the people to show up to level out the yard and it was raining which was their excuse. #2 We did miscalculate the previous job. It took us 6 days instead of the initial 3 days. Again, see Mary's review. #3 Our mower did break and we had plans to get a new one in the morning, but we can't really help that it was sold before we could even get in contact with the person. #4 The radiator in our truck didn't blow as you say. It had a leak from the beginning when we purchased it right after our other vehicle blew its motor, during the job we did for Mary. #5 The mower we did purchase was a zero turn in which we were told it was ready to ride and cut. The issue was that the guy we bought it from put the wrong size belt on it which then caused the pully to break as my husband Jason was trying to replace it. #6 The guy that we borrowed the truck from did need his vehicle back, because he needed to get his son back home. 3) Don't forget Mrs. Osgood, that I too, have the text messages between us. I not once said anything rude to you, and yet you told me that I needed to 'get a job because I obviously don't know how to handle running a business' and then in turn called me a 'dumba**' because you claimed that our stories (mine and my husbands) don't add up. We do have other customers that we had to postpone just as we did you, and they aren't as upset as you are. 4) Again, I do apologize (like I've said multiple times in the text messages) that things did not happen according to plan. Things break. My company is just myself, my husband and my uncle. We were willing to do the job for free, as you stated. Which we are still doing for the other customers. 5) However, just as you said if we couldn't do the job we should have told you and you could have hired someone else, Mrs. Osgood, you could have canceled us at any time and hired anyone else and we wouldn't have had an issue. If your purpose was to see how far you could go just so you could give us a bad review, well congratulations. We did try our best, we did keep open communication with you and we were honest with you the entire time. 6) We do appreciate that feedback though. Just next time, please try to make it not seem so one sided and like we are complete and utter jerks due to you not getting your way. Don't forget, we also still have the videos that you sent us from your brother in law, to taunt us about how we weren't there yet. You were rude, mean, condescending and you taunted us. Yet we were still willing to come and do the job had things not gone the way they did. We were even willing, as my husband stated, to hire another company to come out and do the job, last minute, because we made you a promise. 7) As stated in the text messages, We hope you have a wonderful day.
