Odds X Rod LLC is licensed and insured and professional yet friendly. We were impressed with their work ethics as well. They provided estimates for requested work and stay within the quoted estimate. They want to do their best and what's in the best interest for their client. We selected Odds X Rod LLC the first time to assemble 2 - 10 x 14 precut gazeboes and 1 grill gazebo based on the estimates that were provided. They were efficient and timely in assembling all 3 gazeboes. Once the gazeboes were completed they offered to hang the outdoor string lights and outdoor curtain rods/curtains for us without us having to request it in which they did. We were impressed with their work we requested they build a wooden stoop 4 x 4 foot with handrail in our garage instead of us having to use the builder grade concrete steps. Along with this project they installed a new steel door and screen door. They also replaced an existing wood screen door with an aluminum one. They moved three 8 foot sections of our dog-ear 6 foot wooden fence to different locations in the yard. They removed 114 feet of cattle fence and posts and disposed of it for us. Where the cattle fence had been they built 114 feet of dog-ear 6 foot wooden fence plus another 80 feet of the dog-ear 6 foot privacy fence which included adding a 4 foot gate. All the work was completed in a timely matter. When a major wind storm (90+ mph) took down some of the fencing they reinstalled the fence and replaced fence posts that were broken due to the storm. Also, due to the storm they purchased a specific TV HD antenna and reinstalled it on the peak of the roof. For several months they mowed and trimmed our yard every two weeks until we could purchase a mower. They handled the landscaping in the front and backyard by installing landscape metal edging and backfilling with landscape fabric and river rock. On our behalf they purchased mulch and spread the mulch around the bushes in front yard and back yard. We had areas in the back yard where the ground had sunk and on our behalf they purchased fill dirt and once completed then seeded the areas. They pressure washed the outside of the house and the driveway and continually checked in with us on during their progress. Due to the steep incline on both sides of the driveway from the main road to our front yard, they handle the mowing for those sections during the mowing season. We needed a dining room light relocated and they hung a new fixture and relocated the light where we requested it to be hung. They also installed a new front porch motion sensor light for us. We were so impressed with their work, work ethics and timeliness on all the different projects we hired Odds X Rod LLC for our overall Handyman. When we have project, whether its a large or small, all we have to do is request they do project and they are always ready to accommodate us. They treat us like "family" and take good care of our us and our projects.
