- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer initial free inspections/ estimates. If you get 3 quotes we are usually the one in the middle. We are not the cheapest. We have highly skilled crews and don't cut corners or use sub standard materials. We do an excellent job at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up an appointment with the homeowners. We show up when we say we will. We inspect your home for hail or wind damage that could be covered by home owners insurance. If we detect damage we recommend calling insurance company and have them send out an adjustor. If you let us know when adjustor is coming we will meet with them at appointed time to ensure that they see what we do. If we don't detect any storm related damage but homeowners still want a new roof, gutters, gutter guards or siding due to age or wear and tear. We will measure and give a quote most times right there and then.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As owner of On Top Construction, I have been in the home improvement Industry for many years. I have learned firsthand by working for other companies. What to do and more importantly what not to do.
