When elderly people have plumbing problems it can become a nightmare finding qualified assistance. We can take our chances calling individual plumbers who promise to come and appraise the situation, but never show up nor call back. Our time is wasted playing phone tag with them with no results. This time we decided to try Thumbtack for the first time. We needed plumbing assistance with a commode. We entered our info; sent a picture, and we received an immediate response from Oak Plumbing and Zaire Myers. Mr. Myers made an appointment with us that same week. He showed up on time and was quick to fix our problem at a very reasonable price. He also pointed out that our water pressure was extremely high. He offered to check our water pressure regulator and found it was not working. He didn't have to offer to check this, but being the professional he is, he wanted to prevent our having further problems. We hired him to replace the regulator, which he did the next day. We were fortunate to have Mr. Myers take care of our plumbing needs. He was friendly, and professional in his dealings with us. We highly recommend him and will definitely call him again for our plumbing needs. Thank you Carolyn and John Williams

Zaire was terrific!! Highly recommend as your first choice for plumbing issues. He was right on time, diagnosed the issue and found the root cause when two other plumbers just did a bandaid and did not correct the issue. He was also reasonable, professional and efficient.

This review is late in coming but well deserved. Mr. Myers was quick in responding to my request and arrived at my house as scheduled. The plumbing project which Mr. Myers worked on was quite large and he handled everything with the utmost professionalism. His work is very good, and he is extremely focused when working. Will definitely call upon Mr. Myers again for other plumbing related projects.
