- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Military and First Responders receive 15% off of all services. We charge a 30% deposit down prior to beginning a project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, you'll get a text from our owner, Casey Smith, letting you know she's about to call you. Next, she will call to confirm your interest, the scope of your project, and that you and our company are a good fit for one another. Together, you will schedule the on-site consultation date and time, where she will come meet you in person and do the free on-site consultation. Lastly, you will receive a formal estimate, through email, which will need to be electronically accepted. You'll pay your deposit and work will begin!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on our crew has been in the painting business for no less that 15 years. We pride ourselves on the quality of our work, our honest straight-forward pricing, and the way we openly communicate with our customers.
