I have them explain the project and expectations in detail, provide all resources, and then chat with them to learn their learning style.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I had a teaching license in SC and TA’d for Dr. T Bragg at the University of South Carolina. During COVID, I started tutoring students in elementary, middle, high school and college. No one ever made lower than an A.
