Nicole was responsive through thumbtack and set up a cleaning session right away. She arrived early and did a thorough job. She used natural cleaning products where possible. I'll definitely have her come again. Thanks Nicole!

We are compulsive about cleaning but have reached a point in age where we can't do things quite like we used to. After a fair amount of looking around for an individual, with a very good track record, we decided on Nicole to come in and assume house-cleaning responsibilities. While we have employed her just one time, it appears as though we have found the right person. She is thorough in her work and did a superb job in her debut. I don't offer superlatives casually, but Nicole does outstanding work, and we hope to have her with us for a long time!

Wow! Wow! Wow! It's been 24 hours since Nicole left my home, and I am still amazed. She was so thorough and cleaned very much as I would do myself. Nothing was overlooked or left undone. I really like so many things about her--one biggie for me was how she used multiple cloths. She arrived with a bag of clean cloths and left with a bag of used cloths. That tells me that she changed cloths often, making sure not to cross contaminate. Nicole is professional and extremely personable. She's a dream come true for what I want in a house cleaner. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this will be a very long relationship for us.

We are very impressed! Nicole has started cleaning for us recently and she is great! She has worked with our schedule and after her cleaning the 1st time, I haven't seen my home this clean! There wasn't one thing overlooked. My floors look great and the bathrooms are spotless! So far, so good!
