Very impressed....In looking for a contractor to build a larger deck at my daughters home Bradley Construction was one of the many choices.Very professional..... When Kim Bradley came outt for the initial consultation the first thing, when greating me, he handed me his business card....[no other company did that] He asked about and than we reviewed my project, most importantly he listened to what I wantedHe made some very good suggestions.Reasonable and fair price...Their estimate came back the next day.We had few estimates some higher some lower. [As a former trades instructor everything he said to me made sense and was spot on]...Crew....the gentlemen that came to build the deck were very knowledgeable and courteous. The project was completed in a very timely manor. The job sight was left clean.I'd highly recomnend Bradley Construction for any home improvement projects.[Old smaller porch......New deck ]

Had the back patio expanded and enclosed. Turned out very nicely. Communication was lacking as far as what would happen when, and I know some of it was out of their hands.

Our minimum project cost is $5,000.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will contact the customer and schedule an appointment for one of our PM to go out and give an estimate. Estimate turnaround time is approx 2wks.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Worked on full remodeling, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, additions to home (garage, master bedroom, sunroom, patio), shingle roof replacement only. No repair work.
