Exceptional Workmanship and an Outstanding Team!We couldnt be happier with our beautiful new porch and patio! From the very beginning, the owner, Terry Bradley and Vince, his foreman, were wonderful to work with. They took great pride in their work, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everything came together exactly as it should. The entire crew was exceptional, from the roofers who installed the metal roof, to the electricians, plumbers, and the team who installed the beautiful pine tongue-and-groove ceiling. Even the young man, Asher, who did so much of the hard work digging out the patio area and laying the pavers did an outstanding job. Every person involved showed care, skill, and dedication to producing a beautiful result. What we love most is that the new porch and patio look as though they were part of the original house. The roof, columns, pavers, and overall design blend seamlessly with the existing architecture and complement the front of our home perfectly. It looks timeless, as if it was always meant to be there. Its not often you find a company where the owner, foreman, and every member of the crew take such pride in their work. We are incredibly grateful for their craftsmanship, professionalism, and attention to detail. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking to add a porch or patio to their home. They exceeded our expectations, and we couldnt be more pleased with how everything turned out!

Bradley construction worked closely with me on building my house and we were able to do so in a reasonable period of time for the construction of my home and in agreement on products used.I have had numerous compliments from friends as to both the sound construction work and the beauty of the materials I chose to use.Vincent was just wonderful and so was Terry in understanding what I wanted and needed and we agreed on the price range. I am truly blessed. And Dee the office manager was very helpful in communicating back and forth between us all when necessary in a timely manner.

We would highly recommend Bradley Construction for any of your building projects. Kim was very helpful and professional but understanding for our needs. If there was a little hiccup along the way, Kim was there to help. He was always a phone call away. When we first met Kim and Terry, we knew it was going to be a good experience. We would recommend them. Just wanted to say thank you for your help in making our home here in SC a good experience.
