Jimmy came right out to take a look at my backyard and what needed to be done. He brought in machinery and was meticulous about the job. He was honest, and I felt his rates were very reasonable as a woman, that was extremely important to me. I will be using him in the very near future for a spring cleanup, bush/tree trimming and then possibly some pavers and other backyard features down the road!

Jimmy with Landtek Services did an outstanding job removing the ivy from both our house and the surrounding landscape beds. From the very beginning, he was prompt, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He showed up exactly when he said he would, which I really appreciated.
What stood out most was his honesty and professionalism. He clearly explained the process, set realistic expectations, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. It’s refreshing to work with someone who is straightforward and takes pride in their work.
The quality of the job was excellent. The ivy was thoroughly removed from the exterior of the house as well as the landscape beds, and he was very careful not to damage the brick or surrounding plants. Everything was cleaned up beautifully when he finished, leaving the space looking so much better.
If you’re looking for someone reliable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented, I would highly recommend Jimmy and Landtek Services.

I operate a legitimate business fully insured and I pay taxes on my income .
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My first step is talk with the customer about their needs by phone then if possible set up a time to meet and discuss the work that is desired. Sometimes I can give a price and a plan on the spot . Other projects may require I prepare a formal detailed proposal . After the proposal is approved by the client all work can begin .
