- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are based on our craftsmen's time plus materials. We charge by the hour. We focus on 2 hour to 2 day (16 hours of service) projects and offer discounts on our half day (4 hours of service) and full day (8 hours of service) packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A new customer contacts us by phone or email. Our office manager will listen to your needs and learn more about the projects you would like completed. We will provide a time estimate to complete the projects over the phone and often schedule projects in 2 hour, half day (4 hours of craftsman's time) and full day (8 hours of craftsman's time) packages. Your craftsman will call you the day before your appointment to go over the project and ask any additional questions. You will receive a text notification from your craftsman with a photo when he/she is on their way to your home. Our craftsmen will arrive on time and in uniform and are reliable and trustworthy professionals. We stand behind our work and the materials we purchase with a one year guarantee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our craftsmen have a combined 40 plus years of experience in a variety of trades like carpentry, drywall, painting, electrical and plumbing, etc. We provide regular safety and skill's training both online and at our local office.
