I was needing a wall mounted water fall repaired and Mr. Litchfield was able to respond. He responded quickly, was very professional, told me the problem and fixed it. He was honest and even though he thought the pump went out he was able to resolve the problem without an expensive replacement. He went above and beyond in not only fixing the problem, but he cleaned the whole system to the point that it looks brand new. Great job, will be calling again.

Had some initial troubles getting rolling, but once we got everything scheduled we were good to go and he did fantastic job. Being new to Thumbtack and wary of electrical work I had someone double check and they said he did solid work. I'll be booking more work with them based on this experience!

$75 Service charge, if hired charge is waived. $100 Emergency service Materials are not included in pricing.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First contact and build a relationship. Make an appointment for viewing the job in-person for specifics to ensure a more accurate price as well as getting to see and hear what the customer's needs and ideas are. Offer any advice they may want. Discuss the price for materials and labor. After reaching an agreement, ask when they would like the job to start and give an approximate timeline of when project should be completed.
