I give 5 stars for Maddox Services. I'm an out of state parent trying to coordinate needed assembly services for our student in Columbia. He went above and beyond in picking up the furniture from the hotel we were staying at - building it off-site and then delivering to us when I was in town this past weekend. Response time was great and he went to my rental property fast and got service scheduled for the following week. I even asked if a tarp could be placed on the roof between the time I got the estimate and the time work was completed as it was hurricane season and my request was accommodated without issue.
