Thank you ladies for an excellent job! Great attention to detail! Just moved into my apartment and it was dirty. With unpacking ect. these ladies really helped me get organized and feel like I had a fresh clean home. I set up regular cleaning schedule. Very flexible with my work schedule.

The ladies were awesome! If I could have clicked ALL of the good notes! I would have and more. Their attention to detail in cleaning the house was great. I had a move in cleaning and they went above and beyond and were so patient. They were punctual also which I loved. I will definitely continue doing business with them. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We usually price down if our customer who want a frequent job done for example once a week or every two weeks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to get to know our customers, so we will usually give you a call as soon as we can so we can talk and discuss what needs to be done. Then we set a date and time that way you are booked. We also like to save your phone number and address when we book that way we know how long it is going to take for us to get to our customers home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been cleaning homes for a long time. But because of different circumstances we had to pause for some time. But thankfully we are back and better then ever. We have the experience of years and gain more day after day.
