- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Roofing standardize pricing is based on sq/ft, also based on the type of roofing the customer is requesting. Repairs vary on what type of repair is needed and how small/big the repair may be.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Providing them with 100% customer service from start to finish.Giving them details in writing, providing before and after pictures. Giving them the confidence that they are choosing a quality, knowledgeable and respectful roofing company.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We attend our yearly continuous education provided by GAF, Certainteed, Owens-Corning and other manufacturing companies in the industry to keep certification. There are yearly conventions that provide break-out classes and new product seminars to keep up with the supply and demand factor.
