We were looking for a place for dinner tonight and thankfully found this wonderful establishment. Very conveniently located not far from our new home in Cross! The owner greeted us and gave us his back story and culinary history, which was impressive to say the least. The food was fresh and delicious. Pretty sure we found our new dining spot! Hidden gem! Excellent food. Try the jerk chicken quesadilla. Its amazing. Staff is great. Limited seating, but a chill environment.

The brisket was incredible. I made a detour to eat here and it was well worth it! Everyone was so friendly I even met the executive chef he takes his craft very seriously and it shows.

Usually, you go to a restaurant and something is not liked - a side, the meat, something......NOT HERE! Every side, drink, meat, presentation, service - it was all awesome. And they treat Veterans very well! This may become a regular spot for us! Worth the drive from anywhere in the TriCounty area to have lunch or dinner.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. First we check on budget. 2. build you a custom menu 3. Check if you want Drop of and set up, or full service 4. Ask if you need any Rentals or wares Then we cost it out. When approved, I will send invoice for 50% deposit this holds the date, then the final is not due till 1 week before event.
