- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Attorney fees for criminal cases would be a set flat amount. If a client is unable to pay the entire fee upfront, I would typically accept one-half of the fee upfront and work with the client to come up with a payment plan to pay the other half of the fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would welcome all potential new clients to schedule a free initial consultation. This gives the potential client an opportunity to meet me and ask questions. If the person then decides he or she would like for me to represent them, we can proceed at that point.
