- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do offer discounts for clients for regularly scheduled cleaning. I offer competitive pricing as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Find out what exactly they are looking for for example deep clean, basic clean, and extras, regular scheduled or one time only. Find out the day and time wanting service. Discuss payment methods and then clean the location, and send pictures then send pictures to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I manage a multimillion dollar facility along with cleaning and with this experience I have maintained a clean environment which always receives compliments on the cleanliness compared to other businesses of the same type. I would say this is due to my attention to detail and ensuring the customers happiness.
