Introduction: The combination of exaggeration and light-hearted humor which I provide, sets me apart from others. At events I get to know my "victims" so that I can incorporate the personality as well as what I see on the outside into a one of a kind piece of artwork which they will get to keep forever. Besides the different personalities I get to meet, the greatest thrill is the reaction I get when the sketch is seen and enjoyed by anyone who sees it.

We got a caricature for my daughter as a surprise end-of-year gift that was fantastic! It incorporated her personality, her interests and was a terrific likeness to the picture I provided. The artist was easy to work with, paid great attention to detail and even had it ready a little sooner than promised. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!

Darrin drew caricatures for guests at my 40th birthday party and he was a BIG HIT! The kids and adults loved having their pictures made. This was such a unique activity and provided my guests with an exciting souvenir of the event. Darrin is very talented, personable, and professional. He does an excellent job with his drawings and I would highly recommend him for any type of party, event, or gathering.

Darrin is "THE BEST!" He did a caricature sketch of my little boy. There were some minor adjustments that needed to be done to the sketch and Darrin had no problem with doing those in order for the sketch to be to my satisfaction....and that I was VERY SATISFIED! Since then Darrin has been a part of my son's birthday parities for the past two years...and everyone loved him and his sketches. They are so cute & humorous. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Darrin to be a part of any family event!

About 4 years ago, my husband worked with he same company that Darrin did, darrin is an amazing artist. My husband took a picture of our daughter (then 10 years old) in for Darrin to draw from. Darrin did an outstanding job of the caricature drawing. Our daughter was so excited and to this day she has the caricature hanging in her room. Thank you Darrin you are a true artist and a blessing to our family!

The most common jobs that a client will ask me to do are either event sketches which are live drawing at parties, corporate events, trade shows, festivals, etc... The other is commission piece work where a client makes a request with specific details that are wanted and this is done primarily or solely via e-mail.
