I met Dylan Tuesday, 5/12 as he was passing through our neighborhood, NOT soliciting by any means, but educating on the service they provide. I scheduled an appt for a free inspection on Friday. I did not feel pressured or forced. Fast forward to today, Matt shows up. Very friendly, very knowledgeable and down to Earth. I appreciate them both for the service they both provided and the knowledge AND for it not feeling like a sales pitch. The maintenance is something that I knew we needed but I also felt like maybe we didnt and could just have our systems checked randomly, twice a year. However, Im glad I decided to go with Total & be proactive v/s reactive!!! Thank you again Dylan and Matt! You both are appreciated!!

Did thorough research and landed on this Company. I was pleased with their service options, cost and availability. Matt came out within the window originally provided, he was extremely professional, very patient with my questions, offered a variety of proactive suggestions for my HVAC. He inspected the unit outside, took pictures to show me what he observed (I had a Duke surge protector) and cleaned the coils. Did a thorough inspection of the unit inside. I was impressed enough that I signed up for the annual maintenance plan! It includes summer and winter maintenance and 10% discounts on labor/parts if needed. In my opinion, the annual maintenance was well within my expectations. I am a brand new owner of the condo and it meant a lot that he took the time to walk me through everything. I would highly recommend this company and definitely Matt hands-down! You can tell theyre invested in building and maintaining relationships and that means a lot these days. Oh! And I am really interested in the UV system that seems to be a better option for my type of HVAC set up. If I can swing it, I will definitely be contacting them for the install. Again, Matt really knows his business and the best solution for my set up.
