I liked the good thorough explanation he gave about how the program worked. In the end I was disappointed that the Duke Energy grant that was a big selling point and which I thought would be available right away will have to be re applied for in December and is not a given. Everything went really fast after I agreed to get the system, but I would have liked to see a better follow up after the installation because it seemed all communication with the company stopped after that, and I felt somewhat in the dark as to whether I was on solar or not.

Thank you Helga! As you noted, our company was able to move things along pretty quickly. Unfortunately, when we get to the power company’s part we can only move them along so fast. Most of our clients are satisfied with their overall solar experience with us and get to installation fairly quickly when compared to our competition. (I believe you were installed within 3 weeks to a month) which is ahead of the industry norm. In addition, the fact that we can offer a no money out of pocket program coupled with the monthly saving on their energy costs, the majority of our clients are very satisfied.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We feel that it is very important to give our customers the best deal possible, while still providing quality equipment and service. That being said, our pricing is very competitive and the value our clients receive for the price they pay is unmatched. There are never any charges for the initial evaluation and never any hidden fees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually our customers will reach out to us and have us come out to do a complementary site evaluation of the property. This enables us to put together a free Solar report so that they can compare what they are currently paying with their utility company to what they would save by going Solar.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our team members go through a rigorous training program. They become experts in their field so that they stay abreast of all rebates and incentives that are available for our clients, as well as new innovations and technology that increase efficiency in our market.
