FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
This is the hardest question to answer due to the amount of variables with each new project we take on. just like any other industry the grading and excavation industry is always changing and effected by the economy which direcltly impacts our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a customer reaches out ans shows interest, we'll have a conversation about the services that meet your needs. Next, I will schedule a time at your convenience to come out introduce myself, and speak in person to gain more information about your goals. I'll then submit a written quote for you to review in which you can contact me with any follow up questions or concerns. The final step is the best step, this is when the Backwoods Crew makes your vision a reality!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I grew up around equipment and learned from a young age, as I got older and joined the workforce I worked alongside of numerous great operators that shared their experience, knowledge and tricks of the trade.
