Tim was great! He was on time, he even waited while I was stuck in traffic. He not only repaired the air conditioner but made sure that both AC and heat were working before he left. The price was also GREAT! I would definitely call him again.

McWilliams Mechanical installed a ductless mini-split system in our attic. They gave me a few options on the unit that I wanted, enabling me to save a decent amount of money. Communication was great, the work was professional, and the unit is in good working order. I will be hiring them again.

Tim installed a new AC unit and replaced our old furnace. He also added some venting to the upstairs. He was professional and helpful, but most of all he did good work.

I have an old farm house that used to have baseboard heat, and had an extremely small crawl space under it. To get the duct work installed they had to remove parts of the floor and shovel dig to install the duct work appropriately. They did everything that was expected... And more! I would be more then happy to give any one a recommendation on Mcwilliams mechanical.
