My process with new customers is straightforward and transparent. First, I start by understanding their needs — either through a call, message, or site visit. Then, I inspect the area or project to make sure I can give an accurate estimate. After that, I provide a detailed quote explaining the materials, labor, and timeline. Once the customer approves, I schedule the work and keep them updated during the process. Finally, after completing the job, I make sure the client is satisfied and everything meets expectations before closing the project
