5 stars for John! He did a highly professional job pressurewashing my 4,000+ sq ft property. He meticulously removed tough red soil stains that a different company couldn't budge last year. He even took care of a large wasp nest on his own without it being part of the deal. Highly recommended for his incredible work ethic and attention to detail!

John did an awesome job pressurewashing my house. I am preparing to list my house for sale and needed it cleaned up prior to staging photos. He went inside my sunroom and cleaned up the walls and ceiling and even fixed a loose piece of siding on the outside. I would definitely use his services again in the future.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing stems from the size of the building or home and the number of windows the locations have. Depending on what is needed to will change the prices and range to offset cost for extra dirty applications. We offer discounts for repeat customers and military veterans. Our prices are fair and satisfaction is guaranteed with every wash!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually ask what type of work they are looking to get done? I also ask them for a couple of pictures if it has not been provided to gauge the level of services needed. Lastly, I ask for their address so I can have a better idea regarding the scope of work required that will satisfy them and meet their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the military for over 8 years and received many awards. I have experience in water maintenance and purification which works hand in hand with pressure washing because you have to be knowledgeable on how you perform the job that includes the safe usage of water and chemicals.
